Technical Waste Services Ltd and our service partners are experts in the provision of decommissioning and decontamination of oil and gas infrastructure once it has been retrieved from the Sea Bed or Platform. We can offer waste, radiation and technical support onshore and offshore. We are able organise and set up a fully compliant decommissioning sites onshore to handle X-mass tree, tubulars, casings, control lines and more.
We can handle NORM, organise the set-up of a NORM treatment centre in SEA region and provide all the procedures, training and support required. We can also provide outlets for the contaminated material world-wide.
We have an in house TFS expert who organises the legal and safe transport of hazardous wastes worldwide to pre-approved outlets. We can secure a buyer/ broker to reuse of decommissioned/retrieved equipment or if it is past use we can organise full recycling. We can provide full support, technical documentation creating, working practices, work with you to tender including the commercial submissions. We can provide well-trained certified Radiation Safety Officers and UK standard Chartered Waste Managers.
We were successful in the planning, set up and auditing works for several projects. With the decommissioning works including NORM contamination. As an example, our recent project has included worldwide consideration of NORM capabilities. Pre-Auditing, Taking our Clients to a number of sites for audit, inspections and approval. Tender pre-approvals, working on supply base set up in Africa, working with local government to get permit approvals, writing all HSE and procedures needed to get approvals and training staff.
